Intermitted Fasting – If Want To Loose Abdominal Fat!

Starving yourself is never going to get you a fit bod… Sure, you’ll loose weight if you starve yourself but you’ll end up looking like a skeleton if you don’t get enough nutrition. That’s the truth and no matter what people say, i will never starve myself to look a certain way. I absolutely LOVE food and enjoy eating lol

What doesn’t work for me?

I want to have a fit, strong body. That’s just me. There are many diets and training regiments out there that promise the impossible. I am fortunate in the sense that i’ve never really been over weight. I have always been an athlete, enjoyed training, sweating and playing sports. The training part has never been an issue. What i’ve noticed since i moved to America is that i snack way more, snacking on unhealthy stuff. Well that’s me from time to time. When i lived in Sweden it was all about healthy fruits and veggies…(and diet soda…shoot me!). I’ve given up the soda a few years ago after watching the documentary “Sweet Misery” on youtube. So what doesn’t work for me, doe to my work schedule, is to eat several small meals throughout the day. My job is hectic, as i’m sure many of your jobs are as well, so stopping what i’m doing to prepare a meal isn’t optimal. As a matter of fact, it’s actually pretty annoying! LOL

So what works for me?

Intermitted fasting for 16-18hrs and then eat all my food within 8-6hr window. This will allow BIGGER portions and more carbs on each plate…YUMMM! Here are my current macros:

Meal 2 3:30-4pm 64P/56C/18F

The top portion is based on my height, weight, age, activity level etc. I’m currently at 142 and i’ve dropped 3lbs in just 1 week. Goal is 132lbs:ish but ill be aight if i land at 135lbs.

As you can see from the meal macros, i get to eat A LOT!

Eating this way is causing me zero bloating. Nothing during the day and nothing when i wake up in the morning!

I highly suggest that you try this. I’ve always been stuck on “you have to eat 5-6 small meals per day”. Eating small portions absolutely works, don’t get me wrong, it’s just not working for me and my work schedule. When i used to work from home, eating 5-6 smaller meals per day works. My work situation changed so my eating habits had to be adjusted!
