What is your personality? Take this test!

A company i was interviewing with (who ended up offering me a job), asked that i took a personality test before moving on in the hiring process. The test was called DISC and they had me take the full comprehensive test (not the free version). It was a hard test in the sense that in each section of the test, you have to select what you resonate with most with and what you resonate with least. Nevertheless, the test took about 10 minutes to complete and i received my results almost immediately.

Organizations embracing DISC may benefit from improved communication, less misunderstanding, shorter meetings, less conflict, effective teams, more cooperation, more productivity, and improved financial performance. Key areas where DISC is particularly useful:

Based on this description, i’m a RESULTS-ORIENTED piece of shit kind of person. LOL

I was told that you should take the results with a grain of salt. They can be a bit “in your face” and just because it says here that ex. i’d be perceived as arrogant, that is not necessarily the reality or the truth. haha thank god!

What the second part of the test showed was that i am INSPIRATIONAL/INFLUENCING. What that means can be described below. Again, needs to be taken with a grain of salt! =)
