Lower body workout
I love working lower body! Here is bootylicious workout i know you’ll like!
Heads up – if you haven’t spent much time doing a lower body workouts, you may not be very familiar with some of these exercises… So make sure you do your research on how to perform each exercise correctly!
Set 1:
B.B. squats 1×15,2×12,2×8
Sup: squat jumps x5
Set 2:
B.B. dead lifts 2×10,2×6
B.B. dead lifts 2×10,2×6
Sup: squat jumps x5
Set 3:
BW walking lunge-jumps 4×16
BW walking lunge-jumps 4×16
Sup: Resistance band walk x25/side
Set 4:
Sumo squats on dip machine 3×15
Sup: squat jumps x5
Set 5:
Hamstring curls 3×10+10 (5sec pause)
Sup: Resistance band walk x20/side
Set 6:
Hip raises on hamstring machine 3×12
Sup: Abductor machine x12
